Dylan Redwine murder: FBI profiler talk-show scandal exposing homicidal pedophile?
Law enforcement impersonator was obsessed with Kyron Horman, HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony as far back as 2010

Could a recent dust-up between a criminal profiler assisting law enforcement on the Dylan Redwine murder investigation, and an investigative journalist, providie FBI agents clues on multiple national profile cases? New clues are already emerging regarding the missing child cases of HaLeigh Cummings, murdered toddler Caylee Anthony; and Kyron Horman. The person of interest is Levi Page, Clarksville, Tennessee. Page was recently contacted and questioned by the East Grand Forks Police Department after evidence showed he posted sexual content and threats about a Minnesota journalist’s minor children on a website. Pete Klismet, the former FBI profiler brought onto the Dylan Redwine murder investigation by the La Plata County Sheriff's Office, recently appeared on a Web radio talk show with Page. Klismet’s appearance with Page seemed in poor taste, and drew the ire of many because of Page’s creepy behavior and association with a sexual website called www.radionewz.net. But there may be an up-side. Page’s most recent attacks on Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer), the journalist that advised Klismet not to appear on Page’s program, may be providing clues to forensic investigators on multiple missing child cases. On July 16, the anonymous writer at www.radionewz.net believed to be Page, directly addressed Holmseth, and called his children by name. He then fabricated stories about sex regarding the children and warned there would be more if he did not stop talking about the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. “I can assure you that Haleigh’s family finds all the nasty, vulgar and pornographic things you write about Haleigh extremely offensive. You need to stop, but if you don’t, you have opened the door for others to talk about your children’s private parts and activities.” he wrote. Investigators with the EGFPD learned the identity of the attorney for the website www.radionewz.net is located in Florida. Holmseth reported the sexual content targeting his children to the EGFPD as cyber-stalking, criminal defamantion, and witness intimidation in two federal cases. Forensic investigators may be obtaining evidence regarding the true motivations of the anonymous publisher, which is actually, to cover serious sex crimes the publisher is involved in. The true motivation behind the attacks on Holmseth is actually audio evidence Holmseth recently provided to law enforcement regarding child rape pornography created and distributed of HaLeigh Cummings. On July 17, while cyber stalking Holmseth, the poster issued a thinly veiled legal statement regarding the veracity of the evidence Holmseth recently turned into the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement. “He expresses concern about his children, while showing no concern whatsoever for Caylee Anthony and Haleigh Cummings. He writes pornographic lies about both of these unfortunate minor children all the time. Timothy Holmseth shows no respect for minor missing and/or dead children. He repeatedly defames their very memory,” the anonymous poster wrote. Forensic investigators on the Dylan Redwine and Kyron Horman cases, and other cases, may have noticed the publisher is calling Holmseth’s information “lies”. But that’s not possible. Holmseth simply turned in evidence from journalistic interviews he conducted that are word for word from recorded interviews and not subject to his own interpretation. The following is an example of what was provided to the FBI, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank by Holmseth. EXHIBIT A EVIDENCE OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY VOICES – Donald Knop and Timothy Holmseth (DONALD KNOP) I was sitting around trying to think ‘why would they be going after me?’ And then my mom and dad chimed in and it’s like maybe there’s something you know that you don’t know that you know. I’m like damn, where have I heard that before? (HOLMSETH) Does it have anything to do with the photos of HaLeigh’s vagina that you have? (KNOP) I don’t know. I don’t know that REDACTED knows I have that. But I’ve just, through working in corporate America, I’ve learned, I keep copies of everything that I’m asked to copy, that way when its alleged that I did something or didn’t do it, and more times than not, when it comes later, hey we didn’t get those copies can you sent it again, I have a copy to just fire off right off hand and I don’t have to go through the whole food chain to get them again you know. * * * * * (HOLMSETH) I wonder if it has something to do with those photographs. What was the chain of possession on them? Who did you get them from? Of HaLeigh? (KNOP) It was either REDACTED or Marie (Griffis). I think it was literally we were all in the room together – Jerri Greene, me, maybe Jeremiah and, it was either Marie, or Crystal, they had to get them from somewhere. They got the pictures – they handed them to REDACTED – REDACTED looked at them – she handed them to me and she said get these on a disc for Peggy (Cone), eh, shit, Bonnie Warner. (HOLMSETH) Did a copy get to Bonnie Warner? (KNOP) I delivered it to Bonnie in a parking lot of a gas station. (HOLMSETH) I remember you saying that. And the photos actually show HaLeigh’s vagina? (KNOP) Yeah. It showed her in her various, eh, various poses of, of eh, undress. (HOLMSETH) What were they intended to reveal? I mean was it intended to reveal sexual abuse? (KNOP) I think that, well, if I remember correctly, when they asked, they thought it did, and they wanted to have documentable proof. I only looked at the pictures in so much as they scanned without being blurry. As the father of a little girl I didn’t even want to be near them, so. (HOLMSETH) Yeah, I know. (KNOP) If I can explain how I looked at them to make sure they weren’t blurry but I didn’t really see them. I remember it was a naked girl and that was about all I cared to even – I mean I – uhhhhhhhh (HOLMSETH) I wonder how old she was? I wonder how – I wonder when they were taken in respects to when she disappeared? (KNOP) I tried, eh, I tried to find that out then. And the camera they took the pictures with they never set the date on, so the date was wrong on all the pictures. I mean, so much as the fact that I mean I’m just hypothesizing – I don’t remember exactly – the picture said like 1996 at the bottom and the little girl wouldn’t have even been alive at that time something crazy. They were way off and I was like this is all fucked up. And the dates continued to be messed up it wasn’t like when you re-set something and it goes zero zero zero zero zero one – then you re-set something it goes zero zero – it was like the days and months continue to roll on and they re-set again so it was like they replaced the battery in the camera and re-started it from the get-go. (HOLMSETH) Did they – whey they were talking or whatever did they say HaLeigh had been molested or they thought they had been? (KNOP) They thought they had been in Ronald’s care. ~end transcription~ Forensic investigators may also be interested in Levi Page’s background – or alternatively, his lack of one thereof. The Blog Talk Radio bio page for Levi Page from 2010 reads: Featured Host: Criminal Investigator Levi Page Page’s age in 2010 was 34 years. The bio provides no educational or professional background for Levi Page; a man that claims to be a “criminal investigator” - a term that describes a law enforcement officer. “The Nashville, Tenn., native is also a regular on the CNN Headline News show Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, where he discusses cases like those of Haleigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony and Kyron Horman,” the bio says. “The budding media personality strongly believes listeners should have a chance to ask experts in the criminal-justice system about each and every case featured on his show,” the bio says. But evidence exists that reveals Page was actually personally contacting case witnesses; intimidating people; and warning people to shut up. Page telephoned Holmseth after Holmseth started obtaining evidence about HaLeigh Cummings’ true welfare status and the child rape pornography that had been created of her.
According to Susan Earman, Colonial Beach, Virginia, Page is terrorizing her because she is an Affiant in HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL - U.S. DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA. Earman unwittingly donated thousands of dollars to a fraud in the name of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. Western Union money transfers that are part of the court record show Earman transferred money to the same person involved in distributing the child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings. In July, 2015, a video was published on You Tube to intimidate both Earman and Holmseth. The narrator said: “Hello citizens of the world. We are Anonymous. We would like to inform you of society’s scourge, the pedophile supporter Susan Putnam Earman of Colonial Beach, Virginia. Susan Earman, AKA Astro X on Twitter has harassed Anons and attempted to use them as her own personal army. This is not tolerated. Susan Earman is defending a man named Timothy Holmseth that frequently blogs his disgusting child rape fantasies about missing child HaLeigh Cummings. Astro X you are being put on notice that as pedophile supporter you are now on our radar and we will take every means necessary to remove your filth and those like you from the internet. This means doxing every member of your family and posting your pedophile supporting behavior on the Web for the world to see. You have angered the hive Susan. We are Anonymous. We are Legion. Concerns mount regarding criminal profiler brought onto Dylan Redwine murder case

Former FBI criminal profiler Pete Klismet refuses to answer questions after an online sex attack on a journalist's children. Klismet was recently brought onto the Dylan Redwine murder case, which exploded into the headlines recently when the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado announced a person of interest had been identified. Sheriff's office spokesman Dan Bender credited Klismet, a retired FBI investigator, for recent progress, according to a July 1 article by the Denver Post. The case is now being rocked by sex attacks online against minor children, and Klismet has found himself right in the middle of it, but refusing to answer questions. But there is no way he can seperate himself from the event. On July 12, 2015, Klismet appeared on a Web radio talk show with Levi Page. Klismet was contacted in advance and provided a wealth of evidence that showed Page was a dangerous person that operated an x-rated cyber-stalking website. Klismet completely ignored audio evidence he was provided of Page, which captured Page threatening an FBI witness (Timothy Charles Holmseth) in the case of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings; a witness that recently provide the FBI, FDLE, and Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank, evidence that rape pornography was created of the missing little girl. LISTEN to call # 1 After Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer) wrote an article about the matter, Page posted online sexual threats against Holmseth’s children. The matter is under investigation by law enforcement in East Grand Forks Minnesota, which has received evidence regarding Page from multiple states. Investigators have indicated they will be contacting SAC Richard T. Thornton, Minneapolis FBI. The evidence shows Page published the online sexual attack, as well as a promise of more attacks to come. When Klismet was made aware that Page made sexual threats against Holmseth’s two children, he said, “I don’t care to see it”. Holmseth has questions about Klismet’s involvement and agenda in the Dylan Redwine murder investigation. Holmseth asked Klismet by e-mail: Did the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office approach you and ask for your profiling assistance? Or, did you approach the County? Do you have any other ‘client(s)’ other than the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office that you are working for regarding the Dylan Redwine case? Klismet replied, “None of this is any of your business”. Web interview by FBI profiler on Dylan Redwine case sparks controversy and concern

It is not known what former FBI profiler Pete Klismet was thinking when he appeared on a Web radio program Sunday night – but questions are swirling. Klismet was recently brought on board by the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office to assist with their ongoing investigation into the murder of Dylan Redwine. Klismet has been quoted extensively about the case in the mainstream news and appears confident he knows who law enforcement needs to be looking at. But Klismet, an author, recently switched gears when he appeared on a Web program in what appeared to be a quasi book promotion tour. On Sunday night, Klismet was the featured guest on a radio program hosted by a man named Levi Page. The questionable choice has created a firestorm of controversy. Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer), investigative journalist/author, emailed Klismet after seeing a press release by Page that announced Klismet would be appearing on his Web program. Page’s press release was published on a website called www.radionewz.net. Holmseth wanted to give Klismet a heads-up about Levi Page, and let him know he was about to embarrass the Bureau and the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office – to say the least. In 2009, Holmseth conducted interviews with key figures in the HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases in Florida. In 2010, he was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI and asked for various recordings of interviews he conducted. Holmseth has been relentlessly stalked and threatened for talking about what he knows about the organized crime involved in the missing children cases; law enforcement records in Minnesota and North Dakota show his life has been threatened as recent as February, 2015. In June, 2015, Holmseth provided the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Minneapolis FBI, and Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank, evidence that child rape pornography had been created of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. Holmseth provided that and other information, to Klismet, and showed him Page’s involvement with the individuals that created and distributed the pornography. Holmseth also provided Klismet two audio files of telephone calls he received from Page, where the deranged sounding man screamed and shrieked wild profanities.
TIMOTHY HOLMSETH - “I don’t know that. I don’t know that” LEVI PAGE - “So don’t – NO SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LISTEN TO ME BITCH! Don’t ever write a complaint about me again. Or I will throw you through the mud on my show again. I will take your ass down on my show. And expose you for the conspiratorial nut-job that you are. And I hope you lose total custody of your children because they do not need to be around a stupid ass bitch like you. Now – don’t you ever try me again”. TIMOTHY HOLMSETH - “Why not?” Listen to call # 1 The behavior of Page is beyond disturbing. At the end of call number one the listener can hear a woman laughing. That woman is Tina Church, Mishawaka, Indiana. In 2011, Page and Church telephoned Holmseth and asked him a litany of questions about various things. Only a short time later, officers with the East Grand Forks Police Department were at Holmseth’s door – they had received a call from “Tina Church” who had told police that Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment. VIEW POLICE REPORT PETE KLISMET AND LEVI PAGE On July 11, 2015, Holmseth expressed a concern to Klismet in an email. On July 15, a portion of the meail appeared on www.radionewz.net “Pete, You are using the FBI insignia and Dylan Redwine case to lend credibility to Levi Page and that is a big problem for a lot of people” Holmseth immediately pointed out to Klismet that he had not shared their email exchanges with anyone, and it was clear that the publisher at www.radionewz.net was Levi Page; or Levi Page was directly communicating with the publisher. Either way – the publisher that uses the name ‘RADIO’ is receiving Holmseth’s emails from Klismet. The concerns are many. The website www.radionewz.net appears to be the creation of a very dangerous sexual predator. The publisher ‘RADIO’ often attacks individuals using disgusting sexual language; creates cartons of people in diapers; makes allusions to masturbation; ejaculation; sex toys; rape; anal sex; etc. Klismet has been made aware of these things. On January 3, 2015, the anonymous publisher ‘RADIO’ harassed a man named William (MURT) Murtaugh by providing a link to an actual XXX video that shows three men engaging in sex acts in a truck-stop. “Murt’s favorite truckstop! His glory hole on the road, as he says he was a truck driver for many years. This is real folks,” the publisher said. Screenshots of the content of that XXX video are exhibitive filings in HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – U.S. DITRICT COURT – DITRICT OF MINNESOTA. On July 6, 2015, the publisher ‘RADIO’ published an article about the Dylan Redwine case that used quotes from Klismet that had been published in the Denver Post. However, there is something very disturbing about the publication. The article published by ‘RADIO’ included a photo that allegedly showed Mark Redwine, Dylan Redwine’s father, with underwear in his mouth that appears to be filled with human excrement. It is not readily known why Klismet is associating with www.radionewz.net. Some are speculating that Klismet is actually profiling Levi Page. |
